Laddie is managing director of BBI and CEO/co-founder of Bitterblue, Inc., San Antonio’s largest full-service real estate development and marketing company. He is also President of Denton Communities, central Texas’ largest and most successful lot “wholesaler.” Denton has developed and sold over 9,000 acres and 32,000 lots. He has been recognized as Builder of the Year in San Antonio and has served in a variety of board positions including Greater San Antonio Builders’ Association (president, vice-president, treasurer), Real Estate Council of San Antonio, Urban Land Institute (30-year member), chairman of the Building Program for Saint Mary’s Hall, Board of Trustees for Saint Mary’s Hall, member of the Executive CommBoard of Directors for the San Antonio Zoo. Laddie earned a BBA and MBA from the University of Texas in Austin.
